This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate lead generation at the top of the sales funnel for account executives.

• Oversee the management of leads throughout the sales pipeline by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and monitoring progress towards sales objectives.

• Regularly update and maintain all sales activities, opportunities, and account details in the CRM system.

• Develop a new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email marketing campaigns.

• Achieve commissions by surpassing KPIs, which include outbound activities (phone/email/social messages), the number of appointments arranged, and the monthly and quarterly opportunities created, among others.

• Foster active communication and engagement with prospects to generate new leads and sales opportunities.

• Provide high-quality professional services that align with our core values.

• Remain informed on market trends, industry advancements, and competitive landscape.

• Address objections and communicate effectively and persuasively.

• Work in conjunction with sales and marketing teams to devise strategies for attracting new prospects.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.

• A proven track record of success in developing prospect lists and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Experience in the Payment Industry, SaaS, or B2B sectors is preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, whether in person, over the phone, online, or via email with customers and prospects.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, manage time effectively, and track data.

• Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed quotas.

• Previous experience selling datacenter or database-centered solutions is advantageous.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoominfo, Outreach, Slack, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
