This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Conduct outbound outreach and lead qualification by contacting existing customers and warm leads through email, phone, and other channels to promote platform migration.
• Identify and qualify accounts ready for migration based on established criteria.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups to facilitate leads through the pipeline.
• Tailor outreach messages to resonate with various customer segments and their specific needs.
• Manage migration bookings and oversee pipeline management by updating CRM records (contacts, activities, pipeline stages) after each customer interaction.
• Monitor weekly booking targets and report progress towards goals to the Head of Customer Support.
• Identify and escalate at-risk or complex migration cases to the suitable support or technical teams.
• Educate customers and handle objections by clearly communicating the value, process, and timeline of migration to individuals with diverse technical backgrounds.
• Confidently address common objections such as timing, complexity, and readiness with empathy.
• Share relevant user testimonials, guides, and resources to enhance customer confidence in the migration process.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Migration Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure aligned migration messaging.
• Relay customer feedback and recurring objections to aid in the improvement of migration materials and processes.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product updates to remain informed about Nordhealth’s offerings.
• Understanding of SaaS or healthcare technology products is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with basic sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, BANT, challenger) is preferred.
• Minimum: No prior SDR experience is necessary as this is an entry-level position.
• Preferred: 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, support, hospitality, or similar).
• Preferred: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (mandatory) and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once.
• Comfortable using digital tools: CRM systems, email sequencing platforms, video conferencing, and shared documents.
• Data-driven mindset – able to track personal metrics and adjust strategies based on performance.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection, maintaining a positive attitude through repetitive outreach.
• Highly empathetic – capable of understanding customer concerns and tailoring communication accordingly.
