This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify and engage with prospective customers through proactive outreach, emphasizing cold calling.
• Evaluate leads by gaining insight into customer needs, challenges, and their decision-making processes.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for our sales executives, contributing to the development of a robust and consistent pipeline.
• Keep precise and updated records of all activities within our CRM system, Hubspot.
• Work closely with senior sales team members, leveraging coaching, feedback, and shared insights.
• Develop foundational knowledge in B2B sales and cybersecurity to effectively convey value to prospects.
• Experience in a B2C or B2B sales or customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Comfortable operating at a high activity level, preferably with a background in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or similar sales roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust your approach according to the customer and the context.
• A resilient and positive attitude, demonstrating persistence, curiosity, and a genuine ambition to succeed and advance in a sales career.
• Nice to have: Additional language proficiency beyond Polish and English. An interest in technology or cybersecurity.
• Flexibility to work 100% remotely from any location in Poland.
