This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyze the challenges, use cases, roles, and business objectives of potential clients.

• Utilize your communication abilities to articulate the value proposition of NetBox Labs products, sparking interest and curiosity among prospects.

• Identify and connect with key stakeholders within target companies through a multi-channel strategy (including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, videos, and other innovative outbound methods).

• Create and implement outbound campaigns aimed at generating new opportunities for the sales team.

• Tailor your outreach efforts based on insights and research regarding a prospect’s business, role, and specific challenges.

• Craft messaging that appeals to both technical and business decision-makers.

• Qualify prospects through both inbound and outbound outreach efforts.

• Build a revenue pipeline by scheduling initial meetings with qualified users and senior decision-makers.

• Ensure accurate prospect information is maintained within HubSpot, our customer relationship management system.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative to contribute to team success and surpass objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in the enterprise or Open Source software sector.

• A passion for technology and the capability to simplify complex technical topics.

• Excellent listening, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.

• Practical experience with outbound prospecting techniques, including cold-calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic campaign execution.

• High energy, determination, and persistence - you ensure tasks are completed effectively.

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

• Knowledge of NetBox, Network Engineering, and/or Network Automation use cases is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
