• Expand the current property portfolio within the UK market by generating and qualifying new landlord leads through proactive outbound sales efforts.
• Execute a high volume of outbound calls each day to potential English-speaking landlords.

• Confidently and professionally present Nestify’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Perform consistent lead follow-up to optimize opportunities for setting appointments.
• Keep accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and activities in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about property market trends and competitor activities in the UK.
• Assist the sales team in reaching acquisition targets through consistent pipeline generation.
• One to three years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or sales development.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Capable of working independently without close supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace or MS Office.
