This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of and respond promptly to a high volume of inbound leads within a designated territory, ensuring a swift follow-up and providing a top-tier prospect experience.
• Assess inbound interest through structured and high-quality discovery discussions to reveal business challenges, technical needs, and buying intentions.
• Transform inbound interactions into Qualified Sales Opportunities by effectively communicating Neo4j’s value proposition and securing subsequent steps with relevant Account Executives.
• Uphold strong speed-to-lead performance and adhere to SLAs while balancing personalization with quality at scale.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to guarantee a smooth lead transition, shared account context, and consistent messaging across the territory.
• Offer clear and actionable insights from inbound discussions to aid in pipeline advancement and account strategy.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects in the Corporate segment, pinpointing technical and business challenges that Neo4j can address.
• Develop a strong understanding of Neo4j use cases, targeted industries, and buyer personas to confidently navigate inbound conversations and highlight long-term value.
• Utilize intent data and account research to prioritize inbound activities and customize engagement.
• Dedicate time to learning Neo4j’s technology, competitive landscape, and enterprise use cases as preparation for an outbound, Enterprise-focused SDR position.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs for meetings held, opportunities created, inbound conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a BDR/SDR in a software company, along with a B.A./B.S. degree.
• Experience in outbound or inbound prospecting, enterprise engagement, or selling data/analytics/information-management technologies is a significant advantage.
• Be a diligent self-starter willing to engage in a high volume of activity daily while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Exhibit strong phone skills, including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling abilities, as well as proficient writing skills.
• Be eager and capable of learning new technologies.
• Display meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data within our Salesforce CRM system.
• Be proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce, Web-conferencing, Outreach, Zoominfo).
• Be a collaborative team player with the utmost integrity and a commitment to contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the BDR program.
