This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Initiate and oversee discussions with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and various messaging platforms.
• Identify and engage potential buyers to facilitate qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce the company and generate initial interest.
• Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other pertinent channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through continuous communication.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to enhance communication strategies and devise new methods for engaging potential customers.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in generating new business opportunities within B2B settings through direct engagement with prospects.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to lead conversations effectively.
• Comfortable in approaching new prospects and starting discussions with decision-makers.
• Capability to quickly comprehend business requirements and respond in a thoughtful manner.
• Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and sequencing methodologies.
• A proactive hunter mentality, with a readiness to address problems head-on.
• Able to handle rejection constructively while maintaining momentum.
• Consistently follows up and keeps dialogues progressing.
• Capable of adapting messaging and communication styles based on the prospect and context.
• Excellent time management and personal organization skills in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in English (C2 level).
• Proficient in Spanish or Italian (C2 level). French proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• 100% Remote work.
