Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee discussions with potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging applications.

• Identify and engage prospective buyers to create qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce the company and generate initial interest.

• Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other pertinent channels.

• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through continuous communication.

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to enhance communication strategies and develop innovative methods for engaging potential customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generating new business opportunities in B2B settings through direct prospect communication.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to steer conversations with confidence.

• Comfortable in approaching new prospects and starting discussions with decision-makers.

• Ability to swiftly grasp business needs and respond with thoughtfulness.

• Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and managing sequences effectively.

• A proactive hunter personality, with an open mindset for solving problems.

• Able to handle rejection constructively while maintaining momentum.

• Consistently follows up and ensures conversations progress positively.

• Capable of adapting messaging and communication styles based on the prospect and situation.

• Strong time management and personal organization skills in a remote work environment.

• Proficient in English at a C2 level.

• Proficient in Spanish or Italian at a C2 level; French is an advantage.

• Familiar with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree is valued but not mandatory if strong practical experience is demonstrated.
