This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and categorize key focus areas within your designated region to engage with international schools.
• Cultivate extensive regional knowledge and establish a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Exhibit a self-starter attitude, employing creative and inclusive strategies to initiate conversations and generate leads.
• Create and implement innovative prospecting campaigns customized for varied audiences.
• Positively impact team performance by sharing insights, assisting colleagues, and exemplifying high standards.
• Engage school leaders in meaningful discussions concerning their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Proven experience in sales development or lead generation with a strong performance record—preferably in an international environment.
• A demonstrated history of achieving results in a previous SDR position.
• A genuine passion for EdTech and a commitment to advancing within the industry.
• Enthusiasm for crafting targeted, culturally sensitive campaigns for new international markets.
• Experience in the K–12 EdTech or SaaS sectors is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset and the capability to work efficiently with colleagues across different time zones.
• Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
