📋 Description

• Sales Development Representatives play a vital role in driving new business for the organization by fostering market awareness, pinpointing potential clients, and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound channels.

• Their key duty is to convert leads into qualified opportunities by collaborating with marketing and sales teams to implement lead-generation phone and email campaigns.

• They cultivate relationships with prospects and serve as the first point of contact, aiming to schedule demonstrations for their designated Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).

• Engage in outbound cold calling, develop email campaigns, and utilize various social platforms, such as LinkedIn, to educate prospects and showcase the value of our solutions.

• Investigate target leads and personas, and prepare an analysis of the prospect before transferring them to a Regional Sales Manager(s) or Account Executives.

• Enhance your sales abilities and swiftly become knowledgeable about the healthcare sector and our product offerings to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions and address objections and competitive queries.

• Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing the appropriate levels of information at the optimal time for interested prospects.

• Keep detailed and current documentation and lead management activities using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft/Outreach, and other tools.

• Consistently meet qualified opportunity quotas to achieve territory revenue goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of prior professional experience in sales, marketing, communication, or related fields is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the following tools is advantageous: CRM, EHR, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Zoom Info, G-Suite/Mac.

• A strong enthusiasm for healthcare and a desire to build a career in sales.

• Excellent and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to overcome objections and think on your feet.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to receive and learn from feedback.

• Demonstrates perseverance: persists through challenges until tasks are completed, even in the face of adversity, and has the ability to recover from setbacks or disappointments.

• Business acumen and customer focus: shows understanding of products and customer profiles through proactive research.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
