This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to merchants utilizing data provided by the company.
• Clearly and confidently present Modern World Business Solutions.
• Engage with discovery questions regarding current payment suppliers, pricing, and challenges.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted businesses.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for the Field Sales team.
• Maintain a robust daily volume of calls and activities.
• Precisely update and manage activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Field Sales to enhance appointment quality and conversion rates.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the payments industry and the needs of merchants.
• Demonstrated experience in appointment setting or telesales.
• Confidence in making cold calls and effectively addressing objections.
• A proactive and resilient attitude—creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM usage.
• Experience in payments, merchant services, or financial services sectors.
• On-target earnings of £39,200 per annum (uncapped commission).
