This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct high-volume, personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and voicemail targeting VP and Director-level contacts within enterprise accounts.
• Create and oversee multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo, applying the “Show Me You Know Me®” methodology to enhance engagement.
• Investigate target accounts and contacts to formulate relevant, personalized messaging that aligns with each prospect’s unique context and challenges.
• Outline organizational structures and pinpoint key decision-makers to facilitate deeper account engagement.
• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on established ICP criteria and transition them to Account Executives as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary in line with the objectives of this position.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, BDR, or business development roles, preferably in B2B technology or IT services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing outbound activity and pipeline targets.
• Excellent written communication skills — your emails are engaging and prompt responses.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, and AI tools; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous.
• An innate curiosity and the capability to quickly research accounts and contacts, converting insights into tailored outreach.
