This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively generate a pipeline by researching, identifying, and engaging key decision-makers throughout the German market via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover potential client pain points, qualify leads using established frameworks, and secure high-quality meetings for Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement personalized outbound sequences that effectively convey the value of Mercell’s AI-driven platform.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to align on account-based strategies and assist Marketing in nurturing and following up on inbound campaigns.
• Maintain precise records in HubSpot, ensuring high standards of data discipline and leveraging CRM insights to enhance outreach performance.
• Stay updated on trends within the European public procurement sector to identify "sales leads" and opportunities for proactive outreach.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or digital settings.
• Familiarity with or a strong eagerness to learn Value Selling and qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDPIC.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication abilities; comfortable "picking up the phone" and navigating complex organizations.
• A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass activity-based KPIs and meeting-booking targets.
• High organizational skills and CRM data discipline (experience with HubSpot is advantageous).
• Full professional proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
