This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond promptly to inbound marketing inquiries
• Educate and nurture potential clients to advance qualified leads to the sales team
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to swiftly evaluate needs and hand over opportunities to sales
• Employ a proactive and strategic sales methodology, while devising innovative outreach strategies to engage prospects in more in-depth sales discussions
• Retain a comprehensive understanding of assigned Truven solutions, including healthcare data, analytics, and insights, as well as familiarity with the competitive landscape
• Maintain daily records of client and prospect activities in Salesforce.com and Gong
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for leads generated, opportunities initiated, and progression through identified, validated, and qualified stages
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or outbound sales
• Driven by sales and interested in healthcare data, analytics, and technology
• Possess a coachable, resilient, and inquisitive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective listening abilities
• Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and presentation skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a remote and fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Gong
• Ability to swiftly assess an organization’s needs and tailor outreach accordingly
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
