Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in prospecting via phone calls, emails, and other methods to create new sales opportunities.

• Analyze potential customers and align their needs with our solutions.

• Perform initial qualification of prospects.

• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.

• Record all activities, metrics, and lead information within HubSpot CRM.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic outreach and growth initiatives.

• Achieve or surpass activity and deal generation key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Follow up on inbound leads from Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capacity to build relationships and partnerships, both within the organization and with potential clients.

• Flexible and capable of adapting to changing circumstances.

• Strategic mindset.

• Competence in handling objections effectively.

• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
