This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct active prospecting (calls, emails, and WhatsApp with governance), adhering to structured cadences;
• Qualify outbound leads based on defined criteria;
• Engage cold leads with a personalized approach focused on value;
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team;
• Accurately record all interactions in the CRM;
• Maintain a disciplined daily activity volume;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance conversion rates;
• Address objections consultatively, advancing leads through the funnel.
• Completed higher education;
• Previous experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or commercial support;
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce;
• Ability to investigate pain points and opportunities using frameworks such as SPIN;
• Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills.
