This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct research, identify, and connect with potential prospects through various outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assess inbound leads and arrange discovery calls or product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts.
• Grasp customer needs and effectively convey the company’s value proposition.
• Work in collaboration with Account Executives and the Sales VP to formulate prospecting strategies.
• Document all activities, notes, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure precise pipeline management.
• Meet or surpass weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings scheduled).
• Serve as the initial point of contact and brand ambassador for the organization.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to SaaS sales or B2B technology sales is highly desired.
• Must be at ease with tasks such as cold calling and other outreach efforts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly driven, resilient, and focused on achieving goals.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to swiftly establish rapport and manage objections in a professional manner.
• Comfortable working in a remote startup setting.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools like HubSpot is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop into an Account Executive position over time.
