This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in generating leads within a designated territory of 2 to 5 states.
• Perform outbound outreach to hospital and practice administrators to identify hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Evaluate potential clients and arrange introductory calls, webinars, and face-to-face meetings for senior members of the Business Development team.
• Help coordinate webinars and manage follow-up activities with prospective clients.
• Keep precise and well-organized records of outreach efforts, discussions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Ensure prompt communication and transfer of qualified leads to the wider Business Development team.
• Entry-level experience in healthcare staffing business development.
• Practical experience in prospecting, qualifying, and engaging clients.
• Continuous collaboration with seasoned Business Development professionals.
• A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, and Cold Calling.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Should possess an outgoing personality.
• Capability to pursue and generate leads effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A college degree is preferred.
