This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Engage in outbound activities within a designated territory through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Investigate target accounts to pinpoint key decision-makers in construction firms.
• Assess inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives and website inquiries.
• Carry out initial discovery sessions to comprehend business requirements, workflows, and potential compatibility.
• Arrange qualified meetings for Sales Representatives and ensure a seamless transition.
• Keep precise records of prospects, activities, and pipeline data within our CRM (HubSpot).
• Implement high-volume outreach while delivering thoughtful and personalized messages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance messaging, targeting, and campaign efficiency.
• Regularly achieve or surpass activity and pipeline generation goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development or a comparable outbound sales position in a SaaS or technology firm.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in executing outbound prospecting and thriving in a high-activity setting.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools (such as Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
• Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Highly coachable, resilient, and eager to develop in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
