• Prior professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales or cold calling
• Persuasive, persistent, and self-assured
• Language proficiency: German C2 and English B1+
• Solution-oriented, analytical, and well-organized work approach
• Eager to learn and curious
• Completed vocational training or holds a bachelor's degree
