This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct research on Loadsmart's target distribution facilities and warehouse companies, pinpointing the most relevant key decision-makers.
• Initiate dialogues with senior executives through extensive outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Acquire insights about target accounts through effective questioning and engaging conversations.
• Record information in Salesforce to create detailed and accurate profiles for each account.
• Thoroughly evaluate accounts against target criteria to differentiate between productive and unproductive leads.
• Arrange introductory sales meetings for Loadsmart Account Executives with key decision-makers at qualifying accounts.
• Clearly communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions while consistently enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Loadsmart’s business, including its processes, operations, competitive landscape, and stay informed about industry news.
• Actively participate as a member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success.
• Regularly refine prospecting strategies and messaging by collaborating with fellow SDRs, account executives, and leadership.
• 0-2+ years of direct sales or lead generation experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong communication, customer service, and project management abilities.
• A high level of enthusiasm and energy.
