Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

šŸ“‹ Description

• You will identify and qualify potential leads for our consulting and implementation services focused on project and portfolio management.

• You will initiate contact with decision-makers and stakeholders via phone, email, or other communication channels, generating excitement about our methodologies and services.

• You will analyze target customers, understand their challenges, and position Le Bihan as a relevant partner.

• You will schedule appointments for our Account Executives and ensure a seamless transition, or, depending on the circumstances, conduct these discussions independently.

• You will leverage your experience to enhance our lead-generation processes, utilize tools effectively, and experiment with new outreach strategies.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A completed degree (e.g., Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a similar qualification.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role in B2B sales.

• Experience in a technology/software environment or with solution providers—preferably within consulting, software implementation, or enterprise solutions.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• A passion for complex topics with the capability to articulate them clearly and engagingly.

• Proficient use of modern CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
