This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to create a qualified sales pipeline.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and convert them into scheduled meetings.
• Schedule and transfer qualified demos and discovery calls to Account Executives.
• Investigate target accounts and pinpoint the appropriate decision-makers prior to outreach.
• Ensure accurate and organized records of all activities, leads, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass weekly objectives: 5 outbound meetings and 3 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) each week.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, AWS ecosystem, or IT services sales.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating directly with US buyers.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Willingness to work US business hours, with required overlap in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Resilient and accountable; you understand your metrics and take responsibility for your outcomes.
• Knowledge of outbound tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Previous experience working remotely with US-based clients.
