This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will play a crucial role, working closely with the Account Executive (m/f/d), in managing the sales pipeline to pursue and qualify sales opportunities while ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• To facilitate targeted outreach, you will identify and refine customer profiles along with the relevant decision-makers, utilizing your communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• You will design and sustain new lead sources to continuously enhance the pool of potential customers, capitalizing on your acquisition skills.
• By conducting targeted market research and collaborating with your team, you will explore new customer segments, working in a structured and efficiency-oriented manner.
• To provide tailored solutions and optimize the sales process, you will analyze potential customers and align their needs with management — demonstrating resilience even in challenging situations.
• You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a B2B software environment, preferably with SaaS products, and possess a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• You are adept at working with multiple channels and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, and approach your work in a structured and efficient manner.
• With a robust sales mentality, you proactively and independently engage with potential customers, excel in communication, and enjoy phone-based interactions.
• Being authentic and adaptable to your interlocutor is second nature to you — your argumentative strength allows you to consistently find appropriate and clever conversation starters.
• You are fluent in business German and have good written and spoken English, along with endurance and resilience in day-to-day sales activities.
• Flexible work models: We offer hybrid arrangements or the option to work 100% remotely.
• You can work remotely from another EU country for up to 60 days each year.
• If you choose to work 100% remotely, we provide ergonomic home office equipment (after the probationary period).
