This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing incoming leads for bridge and rental customers
• Educate and nurture leads through various inbound prospecting methods including phone calls, emails, events, follow-ups on webinars, and diverse campaigns
• Conduct between 80 to 100 calls daily
• Recognize and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each lead generation process, assist marketing initiatives, and manage prospect interactions for hand-off to the Account Executive
• Responsible for differentiating Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Proven experience in handling high volume outbound calls
• Possess intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in real estate or mortgage
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) is preferred
