This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Research and implement a prospecting strategy aimed at enhancing the sales pipeline and securing qualified meetings for Account Executives through cold calls, emails, and various outreach campaigns.
• Engage with prospects professionally and empathetically to understand their business challenges, needs, budget, authority, time frame, and identify opportunities to address their issues.
• Conduct "discovery calls" utilizing a consultative and problem-solving approach to clearly articulate the relevant Kegmil value proposition to potential customers.
• Manage and qualify incoming leads for follow-ups, lead nurturing, or other active engagements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive meetings and increase attendance at webinars and other events.
• Stay informed about our company pitch, product offerings, and strategic roadmap.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for generating qualified opportunities.
• Update and maintain the CRM database with all customer-related activities and communications.
• A keen interest and enthusiasm for launching or advancing a career in consultative tech sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
• High energy levels and a positive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Preferred experience in sales or new business development within the IT/software sector.
