• Effectively communicate the value, capabilities, and business impact of Roots Automation’s Digital Coworkers to senior executives in the insurance, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
• Create new business opportunities through extensive outbound prospecting methods including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Employ research and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques to identify, prioritize, and engage with target accounts.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads and arrange meetings for the leadership team at Roots Automation.
• Keep precise and current records in the CRM, documenting outreach activities, lead statuses, and any challenges faced.
• Handle a significant volume of outreach daily (100+ contacts) while ensuring thoughtful and personalized follow-ups.
• Cultivate relationships with prospects through regular, innovative follow-ups to foster engagement and progress.
• Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly goals for qualified leads and opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across departments with sales and marketing to enhance messaging and outreach tactics.
• Proven experience in inside sales, BDR, or a related role, ideally selling high-value or technical solutions to enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong aptitude for confidently engaging with and communicating to senior decision-makers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, employing a persuasive, business-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented, and technical setting.
• Highly resilient, self-driven, and capable of maintaining momentum despite rejection and complex purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to managing a clean pipeline.
• Experience in a startup environment and comfort in working independently in a remote or autonomous setting is preferred.
• Previous success in securing meetings with Fortune 1000 or enterprise-level executives is an advantage.
• Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be included as part of the overall compensation package.
