This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual team objectives (both opportunity and revenue targets) by cultivating a robust pipeline.
⢠Engaging in prospecting and opportunity qualification efforts ā either independently or in collaboration with others ā to attract and generate prospects through various channels.
⢠Where applicable, developing these prospects into viable sales opportunities.
⢠Grasping buyer personas to establish trust, articulate their challenges, and suggest potential solutions.
⢠Working alongside the Marketing team, Regional Managers, and Account Executives to assist in creating and implementing demand generation strategies for prioritized strategic account lists, events, and territory planning.
⢠As a representative of Kainos, you will be required to effectively articulate the company's offerings at a high level to potential clients.
⢠You will present formally to prospects and clients in a way that positions Kainos as a professional and leading supplier in the market.
⢠A keen interest in consultative selling techniques and an eagerness to understand the competitive landscape and customer requirements.
⢠Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a competitive setting to meet deadlines aligned with business needs.
⢠Proficient in building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders (both internally and externally) through effective communication.
⢠Experience in designing and executing demand generation campaigns utilizing technology platforms such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Lead Forensics, and Marketo.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage across various platforms including telephone, email, and social media.
⢠Prior experience in inside sales, sales development, and customer interactions (Desirable).
⢠Experience in preparing and delivering presentations (Desirable).
⢠Strong interest in technology and industry trends (Desirable).
