This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Outbound — We supply the data lists. Your task is to make the calls, aiming for over 100 dials daily with the primary objective of securing meetings with the appropriate individuals.
• Inbound — We conduct email outbound campaigns that elicit warm responses (such as inquiries for additional information or requests for calls). You will swiftly engage with these leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales process — whether that involves scheduling a call with a founder, providing relevant materials, or managing early-stage objections on your own.
• You will oversee two regions (GCC and Europe) and two primary sectors (retail and e-commerce), with the opportunity to expand into additional areas shortly.
• Availability across European and GCC time zones
• Native-level proficiency in English
• Multilingual skills are a significant advantage — proficiency in Arabic and French is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling with a successful history of securing booked meetings
• Comfortable managing warm leads and assisting in the sales process beyond mere bookings — including qualification, follow-ups, and advancing deals
• Strong written communication skills for email and chat follow-ups
• Capable of working independently, managing a pipeline, and maintaining organized records (notes, data, follow-ups)
• CRM experience is preferred
• Performance bonus in addition to any booked meetings that result in client conversions (details to be announced)
