This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Familiarize yourself with Jitterbit's processes and tools.
• Acquire the knowledge to articulate Jitterbit's functionalities within a month of the release of new features.
• Identify initiatives where Jitterbit can be effectively utilized.
• Gain an understanding of Jitterbit’s offerings, their application with current clients, and potential uses for your own customers.
• Achieve quarterly targets for recognizing quality leads, enhancing the pipeline, and assisting Account Executives in closing deals.
• Engage with all inbound prospects and leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Perform a comprehensive qualification of projects and transition them to the Account Executive.
• Initiate outreach via calls, emails, or LinkedIn to the targeted customer roles identified.
• Conduct high-level discussions with Executives in prospective accounts.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to define, refine, and implement strategies for account management.
• A bachelor’s degree (preferred) and experience in an SDR role, particularly in outreach and collaboration with one or more account executives to develop a revenue pipeline, especially in outbounding.
• Relevant background in software or related technologies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and tools such as Salesloft.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• The SDR should be highly motivated, driven, self-starting, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is highly preferred.
