This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and investigate potential clients, with an emphasis on those who could gain from the company's products or services.
• Execute outbound communications via calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospective clients.
• Evaluate the needs and challenges of potential clients to ascertain alignment with the company's solutions.
• Keep accurate and current records of all leads and prospects in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other members of the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Stay updated on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the fintech sector.
• Consistently monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as lead generation, outreach activities, and conversion rates.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing position within financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with experience in B2B sales across North America and Latin America.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with various prospecting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar resources for identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
