This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects, primarily leveraging leads generated through our website.
• Arrange and facilitate virtual meetings with both prospective and existing clients via email, phone, or online platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct research to discover new markets and business opportunities.
• Create and execute growth strategies to ensure success.
• Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to aid in product marketing and development efforts.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to gain insights into regional business needs and dynamics.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an outbound or business development sales role.
• Completion of post-secondary education, a college diploma, or equivalent experience.
• A self-motivated individual with a 'hunter' mentality, eager to enhance selling and closing abilities.
• A solid grasp of the sales cycle and a willingness to learn how to articulate IT systems in straightforward terms.
• Driven and enthusiastic about establishing a successful sales record, particularly interested in Healthcare or Enterprise Software/SaaS solutions.
• A robust technical background with practical experience in digital technologies.
• An energetic and enthusiastic demeanor with a natural talent for connecting and building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a desire to develop and improve.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A strong determination to excel in a goal-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• A valid passport and driver's license for business-related travel outside of Canada.
