• Take charge of inbound speed-to-lead by responding promptly, qualifying incoming interest, and arranging high-quality meetings.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting weekly, regardless of inbound volume. Provide an excellent buyer experience through effective communication, storytelling, and discovery-focused conversations.
• Investigate accounts and personas to customize messaging that aligns with your regional and language market.
• Collaborate with your Drive Team to synchronize on territory strategy, target accounts, and follow-through initiatives.
• Generate a pipeline that transitions into a qualified pipeline, confirmed by the Sales Rep and moved into active working status.
• Keep precise records of activities and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and engagement tools.
• Continuously enhance outreach and qualification processes through coaching, iteration, and market insights.
• Must be based in Australia only.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including fluency in the required regional language).
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to make a strong first impression.
• Capability to balance the urgency of inbound requests with the discipline of outbound efforts and consistent execution.
• Openness to coaching, a curious attitude, and a growth mindset.
• Resilience and problem-solving skills; able to adapt based on what is effective in your market.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
• A collaborative approach with Sales partners and SDR colleagues.
• Experience in sales development, lead qualification, prospecting, or a related position.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team objectives.
• Strong follow-through, communication, and adherence to processes.
