• Create valuable business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology firms
• Maintain communication with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
• Comprehend client needs, challenges, and hiring goals to evaluate alignment with Index services
• Work closely with Lead Generation, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging and targeting
• Oversee and cultivate leads through regular follow-ups and organized sequences
• Represent Index in a professional manner in all external communications and engagements
• Proven experience in outreach, prospecting, and adapting to client needs
• Preferred technical knowledge of programming languages
• International experience is a plus
• A minimum of 2 years in similar roles will be regarded as a significant advantage
