Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Manage account-based prospecting efforts in your designated region.

• Conduct qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers that contribute to a significant pipeline and revenue.

• Create prospecting campaigns to explore and map target accounts.

• Recognize business stakeholders and reveal segmentation-related needs/projects.

• Oversee the qualification of inbound leads and channel engagement to foster growth in your assigned territory.

• Deliver proactive sales development outreach through phone, email, and social selling strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, ideally within the software or technology sector.

• A genuine hunter mentality with a demonstrated capability to engage prospects, handle objections, and establish credibility with both business leaders and technical decision-makers.

• Strong proficiency in value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development.

• Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

• A self-driven, results-oriented professional who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives without constant supervision.

• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
