This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Excel in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere while working with a collaborative and expanding SDR team.
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and various outreach channels (80+ per day).
• Research and pinpoint leads that align with our ideal customer profiles.
• Develop and execute creative, personalized outreach strategies to spark interest in our comprehensive array of advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
• Regularly achieve or surpass outreach and meeting booking targets that directly influence pipeline and revenue.
• Oversee lead follow-up and maintain precise records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, constructive feedback, and continual improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SDR or Outbound Sales.
• Professional demeanor, including exceptional phone etiquette.
• Capability to balance creativity with adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
