This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop strategic outreach initiatives utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to engage potential customers.

• Utilize your consultative abilities to identify the specific needs of prospects and suggest ICANotes products and services that meet those requirements.

• Convert warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities by building trust and understanding through continuous communication.

• Sustain an active pipeline of interested prospects, effectively transitioning them to our sales closers for subsequent steps.

• Collaborate in enhancing our SDR playbook by identifying and sharing successful practices that foster growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach positions, highlighting your commitment to outbound sales initiatives.

• Skilled in both verbal and written communication, with a talent for crafting persuasive messages.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

• A creative problem-solver with strong analytical abilities, adept at addressing complex challenges.

• Motivated to thrive within a sales organization, demonstrating a desire for professional growth and development.

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to the requirements of a virtual team setting.

• Outstanding organizational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a dependable computer, and a robust internet connection.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Familiarity with the Behavioral Health sector is advantageous, though not necessary.

• Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRM software is a plus.
