This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting aimed at B2B technology and SaaS clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and assess leads within target accounts (Ideal Customer Profile) through research, discovery calls, and needs assessments.
• Arrange qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise and current records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Customize outreach campaigns focused on SaaS applications, pain points, and buyer personas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance go-to-market strategies and lead generation efforts.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs including calls made, meetings scheduled, and pipeline created.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in B2B companies.
• Over 3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales capacity within B2B tech or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated history of success in lead generation, pipeline development, and SaaS sales outreach.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, SaaS offerings, and value-driven selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities (both written and verbal), with a background in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and automation workflows.
• Experience in selling to US, UK, or international markets is strongly preferred.
• Self-driven with excellent time management skills in a remote work setting.
