This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Engage in outbound prospecting aimed at B2B technology and SaaS firms through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify high-potential B2B SaaS leads, including founders, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives within the SaaS sales pipeline.
• Keep CRM systems updated with precise prospect and pipeline information.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance SaaS-centric outreach strategies and messaging.
• Regularly achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to pipeline development and SaaS revenue objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders in technology-oriented organizations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a comparable role within B2B technology or SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in B2B outbound sales, SaaS lead generation, or software sales environments.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (both verbal and written), with a knack for clearly articulating technical or SaaS products.
• Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) within a SaaS sales framework.
• At ease with cold outreach and adept at overcoming objections in competitive technology markets.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and buyer personas is highly desirable.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and capable of thriving in a remote, high-performance sales team.
