This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Perform outbound prospecting to identify and engage with prospective clients.
• Oversee high-volume outreach via cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
• Evaluate leads by comprehending their business requirements and determining alignment with our solutions.
• Arrange discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
• Keep precise records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems.
• Achieve or surpass monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contributions.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High resilience and a positive outlook when dealing with rejection.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle a busy daily schedule.
• A competitive mindset and a commitment to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Capability to quickly build rapport with diverse personalities over the phone.

• Professional fluency or bilingual proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, or Tamil.
