This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, email initiatives, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and evaluate high-potential leads for inclusion in the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
• Conduct research on target accounts and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and adept at managing objections.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on achieving results.
• Experience in remote work or collaboration with international teams is advantageous.
