This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.
• Conduct **100+** outbound cold calls to potential clients across diverse sectors.
• Utilize established scripts while customizing discussions to engage prospects.
• Assess leads based on set criteria and arrange appointments for Account Executives.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Work closely with sales leadership to enhance outreach strategies.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity objectives, including call volume, conversions, and scheduled meetings.
• Regularly experiment with scripts, subject lines, and cadences to boost conversion rates.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred).
• A reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Ability to make over 100 calls daily.
• Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling abilities in English.
• Results-oriented, receptive to coaching, and highly organized.
• Familiarity with tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
