• **Job Summary** We are seeking a commercially focused Senior Business Development Associate to join one of our international client teams. This is a high-impact remote sales position for an individual who excels in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and revenue generation.
• Unlike conventional SDR roles that concentrate solely on appointment setting, this position requires someone proficient in managing early-stage sales discussions, comprehending customer pain points, establishing trust swiftly, and driving qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• You will play a vital role in generating a sales pipeline, leading discovery discussions, and contributing directly to revenue growth in a dynamic B2B sales setting.
• Key Responsibilities
• - Implement outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach
• - Investigate target accounts and pinpoint key decision-makers
• - Conduct discovery conversations to grasp client objectives, challenges, and business requirements
• - Assess opportunities based on fit, urgency, budget, and buying intent
• - Schedule and assist with high-quality sales meetings and demos
• - Maintain precise CRM records and pipeline transparency
• - Manage follow-ups with urgency and consistency across all active opportunities
• - Clearly articulate value propositions tailored to each prospect
• - Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to enhance outreach strategies and conversion rates
• - Directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
• - 4-7+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, account executive, or business development positions
• - Proven success in lead generation, conducting discovery calls, and converting pipelines
• - Strong confidence in cold-calling and the ability to build rapport quickly
• - Excellent skills in objection handling and consultative selling
• - Experience managing prospects beyond mere appointment setting
• - Strong written communication skills and high-quality outbound emails
• - Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• - Self-motivated individual with strong discipline, urgency, and time management skills
• - Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, automotive, agency, or B2B service sales is highly desirable
• - Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills are essential
