This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities through high-level, personalized outreach to prospective clients.
• Establish the top of the sales funnel from the ground up via outbound prospecting efforts.
• Perform comprehensive research and create highly tailored outreach messages.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
• Proactively identify, research, and initiate discussions with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Service Departments to facilitate a seamless transition from prospecting to discovery and closing.
• At least 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR role (2 years preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in generating leads from scratch via cold outreach.
• Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills specifically for sales outreach.
• Ability to conduct independent research and tailor outreach messaging accordingly.
• C1 level (or equivalent) English proficiency (native proficiency not required).
• Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is regarded as a significant advantage.
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time).
• Expected to consistently work 30–35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism and to improve upon it.
