This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers (100-3000 employees) through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build trust and rapport with VARs via phone, email, and LinkedIn to gain insights into their solutions, team structure, territories served, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Collaborate to develop outbound prospecting strategies for both VARs and Mid-Market Internal IT Departments.
• Create and manage a pipeline of contacts and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups on both.
• Partner closely with the Account Executive team to schedule demos and support deal closures.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce (SFDC) by maintaining accurate prospect and opportunity information and documenting all interactions.
• Develop a strong understanding of 'Why Huntress': our cybersecurity products, our human-led SOC, our monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings.

• A minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a demonstrated history of success.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, particularly endpoint security.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Knowledge of the VAR/reseller community is considered a plus.
