• Manage leads from interested property owners, qualifying opportunities through digital channels and video calls.
• Lead the sales closure process by addressing objections and building trust to finalize contracts.
• Conduct structured follow-ups on the pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate the complete onboarding of new properties, including site visits as necessary, maintenance coordination, inventory management, and collaboration with cleaning and regional operation teams, as well as publishing on digital platforms.
• Ensure that each property meets operational standards before activation.
• Collaborate on commercial initiatives and positioning strategies.
• Proven experience in closing sales (not just prospecting).
• Experience in consultative sales, ideally in high-value services or products.
• Proficient in video calls and persuasive communication.
• Experience with CRM tools and tracking commercial opportunities.
• Strong results orientation and goal achievement focus.
