This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promptly respond to and assess incoming leads for the UK market from various marketing channels, such as our website, content downloads, and webinar sign-ups.
• Interact with prospects to identify their business needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to evaluate their suitability for Hostaway's solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to arrange qualified meetings and ensure a seamless transition of promising leads.
• Keep accurate and current records of all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, aiding in the refinement of our inbound strategy.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and building rapport with inbound leads via phone and email.
• Highly driven self-starter with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• Action-oriented "doer" mentality: You enjoy accomplishing tasks, thrive on execution, and can manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously without losing focus.
• Strong organizational skills and curiosity: You possess a natural interest in learning about prospects' businesses and the organizational discipline to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
• Native level English proficiency.
