This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted industries and accounts in the APAC region.
• Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Interact with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, while effectively conveying the value proposition of our products/services.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and implement strategic outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Keep precise and current records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, while utilizing marketing materials to bolster outreach efforts.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding targets and delivering results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
• Strong skills in prospecting and cold calling, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport with prospects via phone and email.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal), possessing excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
