This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement outbound initiatives utilizing the Planful technology stack
• Engage in conversations with prospects via phone to identify and qualify potential opportunities
• Recognize the challenges faced by finance users, gather requirements, and align business value with customer needs
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for your outbound efforts in identifying opportunities within target accounts
• Acquire knowledge of the MM industry and comprehend the value our solutions offer to customers
• Meet quarterly sales targets
• Supply the Account Executive team with comprehensive call notes to ensure a clear understanding of the opportunity and define next steps
• Update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com
• 6-18 months of experience in a Top-of-Funnel sales role preferred; experience in SaaS or Internet is an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree – Finance or Accounting preferred, or related fields
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; decisive and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus
• Eager to pursue and advance a career in technology/SaaS sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles
• Comfortable and responsible while working remotely
• Proactive and open to consistent coaching, always seeking improvement.
