This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +24 more states.
• Develop initial relationships with prospects in school districts
• Inform prospects about the services offered by HopSkipDrive
• Arrange meetings for prospects to connect with Account Executives
• Conduct research and assess potential leads
• Build rapport with prospective clients
• Employ a consultative sales strategy during outreach
• Execute cold calls and emails to identified leads
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for managing the sales pipeline
• Achieve or surpass SDR quotas
• Qualify leads that show interest in HSD’s services
• Meet or exceed designated monthly and quarterly targets
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Integrity, empathy, and a curiosity for discovering solutions for our prospective clients
• Experience in overcoming objections
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration
• Strong motivation for both professional and personal development
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
• Experience in sales or within the education sector is a plus
• Excellent time management skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
